No lock-in. Prepaid credits are valid for 365 days from purchase — use them at your pace. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice. You only pay for what you use. There is no minimum commitment beyond the pack or month you purchase.

Prepaid credits remain usable for the full 365-day validity period. Subscription credits also roll over and remain valid for 365 days from the date they are added — similar to prepaid. Credits not used within validity are not refundable, but you can apply them as a discount on a renewal purchase within 30 days of expiry.

Yes. You can upgrade from prepaid to subscription at any time, or vice versa. Existing prepaid credits remain valid alongside a new subscription. Switching does not require contract renegotiation.

No. All prices listed are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout and clearly itemised on your invoice. GST invoices are issued in your institute's registered business name, suitable for input tax credit.

Yes. The credit is consumed when the assessment is delivered, regardless of the outcome. The "Needs Improvement" result is equally valuable — it identifies specific gaps that drive curriculum improvement and upsell opportunities for your own remedial or advanced courses.

Onboarding starts within 24 hours of registration. Your institute profile is verified, your 5 free credits are loaded, and a member of our Partner Success team will contact you to help schedule your first assessments. Most partners have their first batch assessed within the week.

GII QUEST provides verified industry-expert assessors from our nationwide network. Assessor independence is core to the trust value of the assessment — if institutes supplied their own assessors, the "third-party evidence" claim that protects you in disputes would be undermined. However, we welcome assessor referrals from your network; they can apply to join our verified pool.

Reports are co-branded — your institute's logo appears alongside the GII QUEST verification badge. Reports cannot be fully white-labeled because the independence of the assessment is what gives the report its dispute-defensibility value. The co-branded format protects both your brand and the third-party legitimacy.

Both formats are supported. Most assessments are conducted online — the student attends from your campus computer lab or from home, and the live expert connects remotely. For institutes that prefer it, we also offer hybrid formats where the MCQ round is conducted on-campus and the 1:1 session is online.

Yes. The admin portal includes a "Batch Analytics" dashboard showing dimension-wise score distribution across your batch, top skill gaps, and comparison against the national GII QUEST benchmark. Useful for placement committee reviews and curriculum planning meetings.

Today, you earn by charging the assessment as a named, optional add-on — the student pays the listed ₹2,499 while your cost is ₹1,449 to ₹1,999 per credit, so you keep a margin of up to ₹1,050 per assessed student. A second stream is on the roadmap: assessment centre listings, where you host walk-in assessments routed from our discovery network and earn an infrastructure fee on each one. Early partners get roadmap features first, at no extra charge, as they launch.

Your institute sees full reports for students you assess. GII QUEST stores the assessment data and the verified candidate profile (if the student opts in to a public profile). Personal data handling is governed by India's DPDP Act 2023. We do not sell or share student data with third parties. A detailed data processing agreement is available on request.

All recordings are stored on encrypted, access-controlled storage with tamper-proof verification URLs. Only your institute's admin users and the assigned assessor can access recordings during the assessment lifecycle. After the report is delivered, recordings remain accessible to your institute via the admin portal and to the student via their verified profile. Public access requires the unique tamper-proof URL.

API access is available on the Standard Pack (prepaid) and on all subscription plans. Bulk student upload, automated scheduling, webhook-based report delivery, and SSO are supported. Full API documentation is shared after registration.

Email support is available 24/7 at care@hridaandigital.com with a 12-hour first-response SLA. Phone and WhatsApp support are available Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM IST. Founding partners and subscription customers get a dedicated Partner Success Manager for onboarding, batch planning, and quarterly reviews.

If an assessment fails due to a technical issue on our side (assessor no-show, platform downtime, recording failure), the credit is automatically refunded to your account and the student is offered a free rescheduled session. Our operations team monitors all live assessments in real-time and intervenes proactively if any issue arises.

The verified trainer network is on our roadmap and not live yet. When it launches, trainer payments will be direct between the trainer and your institute — GII QUEST will not take a cut and will not act as an intermediary. The network will be a free service for all partner institutes, and early partners get access first at no extra charge.

Yes. When the trainer network launches, every trainer will be identity-verified, experience-verified (minimum 3 years in their domain), and rated by institute engagements. Trainer profiles will display ratings, specialisations, locations, mode availability (offline/online), and sample work or testimonials.

When it launches, the trainer network will be included free for all partner institutes — including those who have only signed up and have not purchased credits yet. We want every partner to be able to deliver better outcomes for their students, regardless of their commercial stage with us.

Yes. Run an initial GII QUEST assessment on a student or batch, run training to address the specific gaps identified in the report, then re-assess at 50% off after 90 days. The before-and-after scores become measurable proof of training impact — useful for your institute's marketing. Once the trainer network launches, you'll be able to hire verified trainers for the remediation step directly.
